The Memphis Academy of Science and Engineering ("MASE") is seeking to procure five (5) school buses for the 2023-24 school year. Additional details regarding the bus specifications are available in the linked Invitation to Bid ("ITB"). MASE intends to use Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund ("ESSER") assistance to fund the contract with the successful vendor(s).As such, the work contemplated in the ITB must be completed in compliance with ESSER rules and guidance, applicable Federal and State laws, and all other terms and conditions incorporated into the bid documentation and the resulting contract(s). Responses from qualified respondents are due by January 16, 2024, and further instructions for submissions are contained in the ITB.
